  Last week the groomer phoned me up and said they couldn't continue because my cocker spaniel had an infection under his arm. They had the vet in store have a look and she said he needed anti biotic. I immediately took Alfie to my own vet. Who said there is no infection just that the groomer had lobbed off one of his lumbs. I was furious because they know they have to be carefull. They refused to continue so I had a dog half done he looks terrible even if they had neatened him up but he has a poodle head a skinny body and big looking feet he looks like a lion not impressed obviously the groomer was not experienced and I will never go again.

  Simply the best, I mean all people at any Pet's at Home are pretty friendly but these guys are the best. A first when I got Polo an employee who also has 2 samoyed gave me loads of great advice, and every time we go in here for a new harness or food you feel part of a big animal loving family its really awesome. Thanks guys :)
